The two main founding partners of the company are:

Adrian Gosling and Richard Brayshaw

Prior to establishing Finesse they spent several years working together for another internet company, during which time they formed a very effective project management team that combined creative thinking and commercial acumen with technological innovation.

It is this approach that has been the cornerstone of Finesse's success to date, and as the company has undertaken cautious growth it has sought to ensure that these qualities remain at the heart of the company, by identifying like-minded individuals that further complement this outlook and our working practices
